Born & raised in the Bronx, NY, also a mother of two boys, Dante’ & Darius. Always enjoyed a home cooked meal, started early from watching her grandmother Geraldine in the kitchen whipping up a variety of dishes. Whether is was the just a magnificent Sunday dinner or Holiday feast. Desiree’ began to take on a liking to cook food for others while at her current job as a Call Center Manager, when she realized just how much people really enjoyed the meals she would prepare during potluck functions. Before you knew it, she was in just about in charge of making all the dishes for all the potlucks. Recently decided to spread the love & offer up some good soul food cooking in her current area in Portsmouth, VA.
